You acknowledge that certain features of the Service are, by design, intended to make Content publicly accessible. Approved reviews and photographs are displayed to the public and attributed to your username. Where you generate a shareable link for a saved-attraction folder, any person in possession of that link may access its contents, irrespective of whether that person is a registered User. You should exercise appropriate discretion before submitting or sharing Content through the Service.
We retain Account Information for the duration your account remains active. Upon deletion of your account, your login credentials and associated Personal Information are removed from our active systems. Content that has already been published (for example, an approved review) may be retained in a de-identified or anonymized form, so as to preserve the integrity of the Service's public record (for example, an attraction's review history) notwithstanding the deletion of the originating account.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your Personal Information. You may access and amend your Account Information at any time through your account settings, and you may permanently delete your account and associated Personal Information through the same interface. To submit any other request pertaining to your Personal Information, please contact us using the details in Section 14.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any individual under that age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
The Service is accessible to Users worldwide. Accordingly, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to such jurisdictions. We take reasonable measures to ensure that any such transfer is conducted in a manner consistent with this Policy.
